AIRAID MXP Intake System for 2005-2009 Ford Mustang GT

This AIRAID air intake system starts with a 4.25” diameter roto-molded intake tube, which offers excellent heat rejection qualities. It also features a velocity stack to smooth and increase airflow. The Intake Tube connects to an open one-piece roto-molded Cold Air Box via a urethane “hump hose” and 100% stainless steel clamps. The box is designed to keep hot engine compartment air away from the filter while increasing the amount of cold air available. Blade-style weather-stripping seals the air box to the hood, further restricting hot air.

The 450-304 air intake uses a SynthaFlow oiled air filter and the 451-304 SynthaMax uses a non-oiled synthetic air filter. Also available is the 453-304 MXP Air Intake, featuring blue SynthaMax filtration technology and constructed with a special blend of urethane.
