AIRAID 100-262 Universal Air Box with View of Filter
AIRAID has designed the 100-262 universal sealed air box to keep the vehicle's air filter isolated from hot engine compartment air. In off-road applications, its sealed air box design helps protect the air inlet from mud and water ingestion. The universal air box assembly incorporates a sealed aluminum lid which helps keep the air filter protected from mud and other contaminants in off-road applications while still offering easy access to the filter for maintenance. The 100-262 is constructed of roto-molded cross-linked polyethylene and it is roughly square-shaped, which enables it to be mounted in a variety of different ways to suit many different custom applications.
Designed to be used in conjunction with AIRAID’s other UBI system components, the 100-262 universal cold air box features a built-in velocity stack to promote airflow along with a premium SynthaFlow oiled air filter that is large enough to feed most popular engine combinations. The air box inlet size is 4” in diameter but can be adapted to work with UBI tubes from 3” to 5” in diameter.
Please note that the UBI universal air box is intended for use with other UBI components that are sold separately. The modular design of the AIRAID UBI product line enables the user to design their own system according to individual needs and it can accommodate thousands of different engine and chassis combinations. With all of the different potential UBI combinations, the only limitation is the user’s imagination!

This AIRAID replacement air filter targets the most restrictive portion of the factory intake system: the factory air filter. After the tremendous response to the AIRAID MXP cold air intake system design for the 2012 and 2013 Jeep Wrangler JK, AIRAID created a similar MXP cold air intake system for the 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 Wrangler based on the proven and popular design. The 2007-2011 Jeep JK system has been extensively dynotested to provide additional horsepower and torque while offering a sealed air box design that helps prevent intrusion from water and debris. This system achieves these gains by increasing airflow and providing a steady supply of cold air for additional power. This system breathes via a high-flow premium air filter that utilizes a special urethane blend to prevent cracking and shrinkage even in the most extreme conditions. The air filter is available with either SynthaFlow® composite or SynthaMax® non-oiled filtration technology. This system also utilizes the factory inlet duct so the air filter remains well protected during the occasional deep water crossing and is compatible with most aftermarket snorkel systems. This air intake system comes with all the necessary hardware and easy to follow instructions. Its simple bolt-on installation can be done with ordinary hand tools.

The AIRAID system starts with a large 4” diameter air intake tube that allows for unrestricted airflow. The air intake tube connects to AIRAID’s one-piece roto-molded cold air intake box via a urethane “hump hose”, which features stainless steel clamps and optimized MAF sensor locations. The box is designed to keep hot engine compartment air away from the air filter while increasing the amount of cold air available and even utilizes the factory cold air scoop.
The heart of AIRAID’s MXP air intake system for the 2010-2015 Camaro is the massive air filter, which provides the engine with a steady supply of clean, cold air. The air filter is available in either the red oiled composite material (250-305) or red SynthaMax® dry filtration technology (251-305). The air intake is also available with a black (252-305) or blue (253-305) SynthaMax filter. The AIRAID MXP cold air intake system for select 2014, 2015 and 2016 Chevrolet/GMC models with the 6.2L EcoTec3 engine delivers additional power with a simple bolt-on installation.
The AIRAID cold air intake for select 2014-2016 Chevrolet/GMC models utilizes an air intake tube that optimizes MAF sensor location while improving airflow to the engine. The air intake tube is attached to a one-piece roto-molded intake box that utilizes the factory cold air scoop and adds an additional large cold air scoop beneath the air intake box. The top of the airbox features blade-style weatherstripping, which seals against the hood to keep hot engine compartment air away from the air filter. The cold air is fed to a massive air filter that is available with either red oiled composite filter media (200-111) or red dry SynthaMax non-oiled (201-111) filtration technology. The SynthaMax dry air filter is also available in black (202-111) or blue (203-111) filter media.
